SharePoint 2013 brings us several new and cool features. Some of these are directly related to the improved SharePoint search (aka FAST). Thinks like the Content by Query App (or web part). But there is more.
As I’m working very closely on enterprise content management and document management in particular, I really like one new feature within the document libary.
Powered by search, you can get an insight into the user-activity of one of more documents. This feature is called “Popularity Trends” and it’s available in the ribbon. When you select this option, SharePoint 2013 will generate a short trend-report on the document or documents. Just out of the box. I really like this. How about you?
